When he first took auto repair classes in high school, Ryan Mazur knew he wanted to be an auto technician. He completed his Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Automotive Technology. Also, Ryan takes every opportunity to keep up with the latest training and holds the following certificates: ASE Master truck, ASE Master automotive, ASE advanced level certified L1, L2 and L3, and is Factory Ford certified.
His first job was at a Ford dealership, where he learned how to repair and troubleshoot various Ford vehicles. He worked at a fire truck repair facility and then finally worked for three years at an independent auto repair shop. Throughout that time, he found he had a knack for troubleshooting. There isn’t a problem he can’t solve, and many auto repair shops seek out his expertise when a car problem stumps them.
His vision was to open his shop, and with the experience gained, he can now build the shop he envisioned. One of Ryan Mazur’s superpowers is creating systems and processes. Adept Automotive has a system in place to care for his customer’s vehicles in the most efficient way possible while still maintaining a small shop experience where he can put all his focus on one customer at a time.
