I needed a timing service done on my 2003 Lexus GX470 and I was recommended to Adept. The price I was quoted for the service was several hundred dollars less than what the dealership was going to charge. My technician's name was Ryon and he is a hero. He was everything you could want in a mechanic and so much more. Like a skillful mix between a priest and a heart surgeon, he faithfully and methodically completed all of the labor-intensive, precise, tedious tasks that make up a timing service. Whenever I look into the Mirror of Erised, I see Ryon expertly working on my Lexus SUV. My vehicle and I both felt so loved and respected. I knew I was in good hands. He notice that my idler pulley was in disrepair and was able to remedy the issue for me quickly within the same day. Francois de la Rochefoucald once said, "To achieve greatness one should live as if they will never die." It is for that reason that I can only hope that Ryon is immortal. His gift deserves to be shared with others for multiple generations. A man's man, a diamond in the rough, a gentleman, and a scholar. 10/10. Run, don't walk to Adept to have Ryon work on your vehicle. Kenzie was nice.

The shop did a great job. Finding parts was a chore but Kenzie, techs, and shop owner worked to make sure truck was fixed correctly. Thank you Adept!

Outstanding experience all the way around. Excellent customer service before/during/ after two separate events with an '06 Honda Element. Fast diagnostic and repair services, reasonably priced ... happy customers here that will be back, and will recommend to others, without doubt.

Very high prices, inaccurate diagnostics, and problems not fully addressed. Adept worked on two vehicles for me and this was the case with both. Posted review because Adept sent an email to give a review.

Found me a new family they got my range riding brand new

My truck would not start. Had to have it towed in. Battery appeared to be dead. This battery was just installed 07/22. The Adept folks took care of my vehicle within a matter of hours and called me with a diagnosis and cost to repair. Didn't take long and they wanted to keep it an extra day just to make sure they solved the problem. Also this appeared to have fixed several other issues that was going on. These people were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Won't hesitate to use them in the future if necessary. I can't say that everyone will get the same satisfaction that I have. But you won't know unless you try them. Cost was reasonable also.
