Made an appointment on line. Received a response that someone will call or email to confirm date & time. 2 days go by and no response. Sent another email, again no response. Made 2 phone calls and left a message. Still no response. What gives? Too busy to respond to a new customer?

Extremely grateful for Ryan and his coworkers at Adept Auto Repair. When my tire blew out while driving down Hwy 72, I pulled into the first parking lot I came to. They saw my flat tire and came out to help. They had my flat tire off and the spare tire on in no time. They didn’t want anything in return. Based on my experience, I would say they are kind, good people that provide excellent customer service!
