As Adept’s stated goal is that each customer be blown away with the customer service they encounter. I certainly was blown away. Ryan and in fact the entire staff made me feel as though I was their only customer, I was the primary reason they came to work that day. My problem was diagnosed in a timely fashion the price was below what a dealer had “estimated “. Ryan’s was not an estimate but the amount I paid. They drove me home since my repair was lengthy and I did not want to wait at the shop. Then when my truck was repaired they came and drove me back to my truck. By the way their customer waiting facility was top notch and I could have comfortably waited there. I was very well pleased with the entire experience. I have found an auto service home at last.

This was my first visit and I found the customer service personable and professional. The needed repairs were accomplished to my satisfaction. I'll be back.

Quick, friendly service. No charge for running the diagnostics. Super easy to schedule my appointment online for the following week and BONUS, they had The Office playing in the waiting room! 👏🏼🤩 I will be back!

For this being a new shop they just opened, this place is really got it together. All of the mechanics have a great attitude. They display professionalism and a wide knowledge base despite the fact that I have an older model vehicle. The waiting room area itself is also pleasantly well stocked and maintained. The office staff were all very professional and explained all associated costs my visit listing multiple options and even offering financing if necessary for larger repairs.

Quick turnaround on my AC fix. Will use again.

I have to give big kudos to Adept Auto Repair for identifying an issue (that several places have ran diagnostics, “repaired/ replaced” only to continue to have issues with my car) in less than 24 hours! Even with my concerns, they assured me they would back their work and their word. It was my 1st time to use them, and I assure you - if I have future needs with auto repairs, I will go back to them! They were: Professional from the 1st call, returned EVERY call, quoted and charged exactly what they said, suggested an additional replacement (that needed to be done), told me they checked over main operational parts and let me know they were all in great shape, and really had my car repaired the same day (it was past closing time) and called 1st thing the next day to tell me it was ready! If you are looking for an HONEST repair shop - not necessarily the cheapest- that does QUALITY work for a REASONABLE cost that stands behind their work - Adept Auto is the go to!
